The villa has 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, all located on the upper floor (accessed by stairs, which is worth considering if travelling with older guests).

On the ground floor there is a living room and a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, large fridge and everything needed for cooking. Next to the kitchen, a terrace with a large sun umbrella offers space for outdoor meals, with a barbecue for evenings.

The property includes a new swimming pool with a jacuzzi, a large lawn and private parking. There is also a separate indoor space that can be used for private dinners or small gatherings.

The house opens onto views of the vineyards and the pool, with several outdoor spots to spend time together: a shaded patio close to the house and a terrace by the kitchen for breakfasts and long dinners outside.

You can also walk to Greve in Chianti, making it easy to combine quiet days at home with time in the village.
