Tuscan dinner with Enza

The dinner includes a set menu, where you can choose one dish for the whole group in each category – one starter, one first course, one main course, and one dessert. Wine is included.
ANTIPASTI (Starters)

  1. Antipasto Toscano con Crostini: a selection of Tuscan cured meats, cheeses, and toasted bread with traditional spreads.
  2. Caprese: Fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil, drizzled with olive oil.
  3. Prosciutto e Melone: sweet melon paired with delicate slices of cured ham.
  4. Formaggi e Verdure Grigliate: a mix of cheeses served with grilled seasonal vegetables.
  5. Panzanella: a refreshing Tuscan salad of bread, tomatoes, and vegetables.
  6. Sformatino di Zucchine e Patate: a soft zucchini and potato flan.

PRIMI (First Courses)

  1. Tagliatelle al Ragù Toscano: fresh pasta with a hearty Tuscan meat sauce.
  2. Pappardelle al Cinghiale: wide pasta ribbons with wild boar ragù.
  3. Pici all’Aglione: thick handmade pasta with a tomato and garlic sauce.
  4. Lasagne al Ragù Vegetariano o di Carne: layers of pasta with either a vegetarian or meat ragù.
  5. Pennette con Crema di Zucchine e Fiori di Zucca: pasta with a creamy zucchini and zucchini flower sauce.
  6. Pappardelle al Pomodoro: wide pasta ribbons with a fresh tomato sauce.
  7. Crespelle alla Fiorentina: florentine-style savory crêpes filled with spinach and ricotta, baked in tomato sauce.

SECONDI (Main Courses)

  1. Arista in Porchetta con Mele Cotte al Vin Santo: roast pork loin flavored with herbs, served with apples cooked in sweet wine.
  2. Pollo alla Cacciatora: hunter-style chicken stewed with tomatoes, olives, and herbs.
  3. Grigliata Mista di Maiale: a mixed grill of pork cuts.
  4. Peposo alla Fornacina: slow-cooked beef stew with black pepper and red wine.
  5. Bistecca alla Fiorentina: traditional Florentine T-bone steak.
  6. Stracotto del Chianti: beef braised in Chianti wine.
  7. Salsicce Cotte al Vin Santo: sausages cooked in sweet wine.

CONTORNI (Sides)

  1. Insalata Mista del Nostro Orto: mixed salad with greens from our garden.
  2. Pomodori, Cetrioli e Cipolla: simple salad of tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions.
  3. Patate Arrosto: crispy roasted potatoes.
  4. Insalata di Patate, Olive e Pomodori Secchi: potato salad with olives and sun-dried tomatoes.
  5. Verdure Miste al Forno: oven-baked mixed vegetables.

DOLCI (Desserts)

  1. Crostata di Ricotta: ricotta cheese tart.
  2. Torta al Cioccolato e Ricotta: chocolate and ricotta cake.
  3. Torta di Mele: homemade apple cake.
  4. Tiramisù: classic Italian dessert with coffee, mascarpone, and cocoa.
  5. Panna Cotta: creamy custard served with a fruit sauce or caramel.
How to book a dinner

Send us a message with the date and time you’d like to come, and how many people will be joining. If Enza is available, we’ll ask for a 10% deposit to confirm the booking. The rest is paid in cash on the evening of the dinner.

The cost is €80 per adult and €40 per child. If there are any little ones under the age of two in your group, there’s no charge for them.
